01Request
One link in the order email. They choose the item and the reason from a list you wrote. No account and no email to your shop; nobody pastes the same paragraph for the twelfth time this morning.
A sample return. Nothing here is live yet.
Request, label, receipt, refund. Unshiply handles each one for Shopify and WooCommerce stores, so nobody on your team opens a returns email.
Request accessPrivate access, in waves. No card.
Same return, same shop, same Tuesday.
Five rows against one.
One link in the order email. They choose the item and the reason from a list you wrote. No account and no email to your shop; nobody pastes the same paragraph for the twelfth time this morning.
The label is in their inbox before your coffee is cold. Unshiply asks your carrier for it the moment the request lands, so nobody logs into the carrier's site on a Friday afternoon to build a PDF.
A parcel with no name is a problem. A parcel with a code is a shelf. Every request carries the order number on the label, so the parcel arrives named and the warehouse stops asking on WhatsApp whose it is.
| Code | Event | Time |

We refund when the carrier says received, not when someone remembers. Write the rule as a sentence: refund on carrier scan under €80, refund on warehouse check above. The money lands natively in Shopify and WooCommerce.
No returns yet. The first request lands here with its label already printed. Until then there is nothing to do.
Unshiply issues the refund inside your store, against the original payment, on the original order. Nothing to export, nothing to reconcile by hand.
No seats. Nobody from your team logs in, so nobody pays for a seat.

249 €per month

Extra returns, €0.40 each. Prices are indicative of a concept. Nothing is on sale. Refund rules, written as sentences
Any carrier that scans the parcel when it takes it. The scan is what fires the refund, not the logo on the van. Tell us yours when you request access.
Spain and the EU first: that is where the 14-day right of withdrawal sets the clock. Elsewhere you need a carrier that scans and a store on Shopify or WooCommerce. Tell us where you ship.
Not in the first version. Refund and store credit only, because both end at the same scan. An exchange has to reserve stock and ship again; we would rather build it later than badly.
Today the only data is what you type here: email, platform, volume. It reaches fabrica's mailbox, and the privacy page says how to delete it. If Unshiply gets built, your returns export as CSV.
Unshiply is a concept by fabrica, a branding and web studio in Barcelona. Today: this website and a waitlist. Access opens in waves; if it never gets built, we write to say so and delete your address.
Nothing here is live yet. Leave your email, your platform and how many returns you handle. We write when there is something to try.
No inbox in the loop.
